All sales made through Optimoflow360 are final.

Because Optimoflow360 provides immediate access to digital software, tools, and platform resources, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any subscriptions, plans, services, or add-ons once access has been granted.

NO REFUNDS

By purchasing and/or subscribing to Optimoflow360, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Partial usage

    • Unused time

    • Downgrades

    • Cancellations made after billing

    • Failure to use the platform

    • Dissatisfaction or change of mind

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancellation will take effect at the
end of the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid term.

FAILED PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT ACCESS

If a payment fails or is reversed, Optimoflow360 reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access

  • Restrict features

  • Terminate the account if payment issues persist

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be issued only if required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any exception does not establish a precedent.
